NSFOCUS disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 813 million yuan, up 1.51 percent year on year. Net loss attributable to the parent company was 129 million yuan, narrowing 24.77 percent from a loss of 171 million yuan in the same period last year. Net loss after deducting non-recurring items was 169 million yuan, narrowing 7.47 percent year on year. Net cash flow from operating activities was 193 million yuan, up 136.05 percent year on year. During the reporting period, operating costs rose 12.92 percent year on year to 368 million yuan, while financial expenses surged 795.04 percent year on year to 7.51 million yuan, mainly due to lower interest income caused by the macro interest rate cuts and active cash management. Gross margin was 54.76 percent, down 4.57 percentage points year on year. NSFOCUS has now posted losses for three consecutive years. Net profit attributable to the parent company from 2023 to 2025 was negative 977 million yuan, negative 365 million yuan, and negative 45.25 million yuan respectively. Including the first half of this year, total losses over three and a half years exceeded 1.5 billion yuan.
