Pluk Phak Praw Rak Mae Public Company Limited, or OKJ, issued a clarification after the Stock Exchange of Thailand announced that its securities would be subject to Level 1 trading supervision measures, prohibiting the calculation of trading credit limits and requiring a Cash Balance account from October 6, 2026 to October 26, 2026, following a significant change in trading conditions from the previous day. Chalakorn Ekachaiyapattanakul, a director and chairman of the executive committee, stated that the company has no undisclosed developments or material information under consideration that might soon be disclosed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, such as capital increases, joint ventures, acquisitions or disposals of assets, or significant disputes.
