RBC Capital Markets said Zeta Global's deals to acquire Senso and Digital Audience, announced within days of one another, should boost the marketing software company's omnichannel presence. "We like both acquisitions particularly as both companies are already integrated into the Zeta platform," RBC analyst Matthew Swanson wrote in a note to clients, adding that embracing emerging formats should help Zeta continue to operate as a true omni-channel platform and that he likes the company's continued investment into international markets by expanding deeper into Europe following its recent expansion into Canada and the UK. Swanson has an Outperform rating and a $40 price target on Zeta Global. Aside from the deals, Swanson said he expects the company's Zeta live event to provide more details on its investments and strategic objectives, as well as new and existing partnerships. Zeta Global shares fell modestly in Wednesday trading.
