SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited, or SC, gave the public a first look at Reference BAIE River Bangpho, the mega-project condominium of the year and SC's first riverside condominium, at a First Preview event on 26-27 September 2026, drawing unofficial bookings of more than 2 billion baht within two days. Kanokorn Limkamnerd, the head of SC Condo, said customers were drawn both to the location on the Chao Phraya River in the Bangpho area and to the project's development under the Multi-Generation Living concept, which caters to people of different age groups, along with common areas focused on wellness and wellbeing covering relaxation, health care, exercise, work and family time together. The atmosphere during the First Preview was lively across both SC's own channels and its Global Partners Club network, reflecting still-strong demand in the riverside condominium market. SC plans to officially launch Reference BAIE River Bangpho on 17-18 October.
