Sena Development Public Company Limited, or SENA, has launched RentNex Invest, a real estate investment option in the form of buy-to-let, under the concept of buying with a tenant attached so returns are visible before investing. Kesara Thanyalakpark, Managing Director, said investors will see room details, rental rates, return rates and cash flow projections before making a decision, along with a 3-year rental guarantee, a 3+1 year repair warranty, and full rental management services by SenX. Units bought for investment come fully furnished with furniture and electrical appliances as per the package, and rental income begins from the first month under the program's conditions, offering rental returns of around 6-7% per year. SENA aims to have 100 units join RentNex Invest within one year, up from the 14 units offered so far. RentNex Invest is one of five options under SENA HOMEWAYS, a path to homeownership at every stage of life, covering everything from renting, trying out a home, preparing to buy, buying to own, through to investing. It reflects SENA's expansion from a residential project developer into a housing solutions platform. RentNex Invest builds on an existing Rental Ecosystem, in which RentNex currently has more than 800 rental units across more than 25 projects, with an occupancy rate of over 80%.
