Summary · why it matters

TACC Consumer Public Company Limited, or TACC, is launching a full-scale offensive into the B2C market by establishing TACC Plus Company Limited, or TACC Plus, with an investment of 48 million baht. TACC holds an 80% stake in the venture, which enters the Health & Wellness Beverage business, spearheaded by its first product, EIGHT PLUS, a 100% natural alkaline water. Revenue from EIGHT PLUS is expected to be recognized starting in the fourth quarter of 2026, with TACC Plus targeting revenue of 1 billion baht within five years. Earlier, in August, TACC invested in Better Beam Food Company Limited, owner of the Thai tea brand "Chan Ja Kin Cha Yen Tuk Wan," taking a 30% stake worth a total of 45 million baht. The brand currently has 27 branches and generates sales of approximately 100 million baht per year, with plans to expand to 50 branches within this year. Meanwhile, Globlex Securities views the new business investment positively and expects third-quarter 2026 earnings to grow compared with the same period last year, driven by branch expansion of 7-Eleven stores and Phan Thai coffee shops, as well as same-store sales that have begun to turn positive since the second quarter of 2026.
