Teledyne FLIR Defense announced the winners of the 31st Annual Teledyne FLIR Vision Awards at the APSCON 2026 Conference in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The awards honor airborne law enforcement crews across America for their use of thermal imaging systems in search and rescue, high-speed pursuit, and other lifesaving missions. This year's first-place Vision Award went to the Tulsa Police Air Support Unit, with second place to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office and third place to the Broward County Sheriff's Office. The Life Saver Award was presented to the Indian River County Sheriff's Office, while the San Diego Police Department received the Pursuit Award. The FANG Award, recognizing operations involving a K-9 support team, was awarded to the Tulsa Police Air Support Unit and K-9 Knox.
