Tennant Company has appointed Richard H. Zay as its new Chief Operating Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Zay, who currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer, has been on the company's leadership team since 2010 and brings more than 25 years of industry experience. In his expanded role, he will oversee global customer-facing business units, supply chain, manufacturing operations, R&D, and marketing, with a focus on driving financial results and operational efficiency. Zay joined Tennant in 2010 as Vice President of Global Marketing and has since held several senior roles, including Senior Vice President of Innovation & Technology.
