Trimble Inc. is considering breaking up its transportation and logistics portfolio as it works with Goldman to sell the business, according to an Axios Pro report on Friday. The update follows an Axios Pro report in July that Trimble was looking to sell its transportation and logistics arm. Trimble CEO Robert Painter said on the company's Q2 earnings call last month that the company received "credible" inbound interest in its logistics and transportation business from "multiple parties" and started a strategic review to evaluate third-party interest.
