The company also elected Nie Xudong as an employee representative director on the sixth board of directors, with a term from the date of approval by this employee representative congress election until the expiry of the sixth board's term. In the first half of 2026, Zhenjiang Dongfang Electric Heating Technology achieved revenue of 1.338 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 41.07 million yuan.
