Western Animal Husbandry announced on October 8 that its self-produced fresh milk output in September 2026 was 3,161 tonnes, an increase of 17.86% year on year. In the first half of 2026, Western Animal Husbandry achieved revenue of 485 million yuan and net profit attributable to the parent company of 30.85 million yuan.

Western Animal Husbandry released its 2026 interim report, showing total operating revenue of 485 million yuan, up 22.41 percent year-on-year. Net profit attributable to the parent company was 30.85 million yuan, an increase of 74.45 million yuan compared with the same period last year, achieving a turnaround from loss to profit. Net cash inflow from operating activities was 59.88 million yuan, up 192.77 percent year-on-year, rising for two consecutive years. The company's asset-liability ratio was 50.38 percent, gross margin was 12.16 percent, return on equity was 7.66 percent, and diluted earnings per share was 0.15 yuan. The number of shareholders was 15,100, and the top ten shareholders held 48.33 percent of the total share capital.

A research note from Kaiyuan Securities noted that the raw milk supply-demand gap is expected to continue narrowing in 2026, the upstream dairy cow herd will maintain its reduction trend, the pace of industry consolidation is accelerating, and the overall cycle has reached its final stage.
