Guangxi Wuzhou Communications Co., Ltd.'s controlling shareholder, Guangxi Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd., plans to increase its shareholding in the company over the next 12 months, with the proposed increase amounting to no less than 89.045 million yuan and no more than 178.09 million yuan. According to the announcement, the share increase plan will be implemented within 12 months starting from October 8, 2026.
