Primo Brands Regional Spring Water Sales Rise 4.1% in Fiscal Q2 2026

Primo Brands Corporation reported that regional spring water net sales increased 4.1% in the second quarter of fiscal 2026, a gain the company attributes to broad-based growth across its regional spring water brands and Pure Life. Management said the company achieved gains in both value and volume share, which it views as an encouraging indicator, with performance remaining broad-based across almost every channel in which it operates. Primo Brands sees further opportunities in brand building, innovation and a more strategic approach to revenue growth management, and it flagged meaningful potential in cold and immediate consumption, a high-growth, high-margin segment where it remains under-penetrated. The company's broader retail momentum was supported by new points of distribution and continued improvements in retail presence, while management stays focused on balanced growth across volume and price. PRMB shares have lost 5.7% over the past six months against industry growth of 0.9%, and the stock trades at a forward price-to-earnings ratio of 13.47 versus the industry average of 18.60, carrying a Zacks Rank #3 (Hold).
PRMB · Demand · Positive Regional spring water net sales rose 4.1% on broad-based growth across brands and channels, with value and volume share gains.

Primo Brands Raises 2026 Sales Growth Outlook to 2-4%

Primo Brands Corporation raised its 2026 comparable net sales growth outlook to 2-4% from a previous 1-3% range, the second consecutive quarter management has lifted that guidance. The company said the increase reflects stronger-than-expected second-quarter performance and broader momentum across retail and direct delivery. In the second quarter, comparable net sales rose 4.2% year over year to $1.8 billion, the second straight quarter of growth, while adjusted EBITDA advanced 5% to $385 million. Retail growth was broad-based, with regional spring water sales up 4.1%, purified water up 1.9% and premium brands up 30.5%, and direct delivery returned to growth earlier than expected on strong new customer additions, fewer customer quits and improving service levels. Management said sustaining that trajectory will depend on offsetting higher transportation expenses, tighter freight markets, elevated spot rates and commodity inflation through disciplined pricing, productivity initiatives, supply-chain efficiencies and financial risk-management measures.
PRMB · Demand · Positive Raised 2026 sales growth outlook to 2-4% on stronger Q2 comparable sales (+4.2%) and broad-based retail and direct delivery growth.
PRMB · Supply · Negative Management flagged higher transportation expenses, tighter freight markets, elevated spot rates and commodity inflation as headwinds to sustaining the trajectory.
