Shares of Delta Electronics (Thailand), or DELTA, rose 3.02% to 273.00 baht at 11:51 a.m. on October 6, 2026. Phillip Securities (Thailand) said in an analysis that it expects third-quarter 2026 profit of 8.319 billion baht, up 11.8% from the same period a year earlier and up 37% from the previous quarter, driven by accelerated deliveries of AI and data center products as well as new products in the liquid cooling equipment group. Revenue is expected at 2.287 billion dollars, up 38.5% from a year earlier and 13.7% from the previous quarter, or about 77 billion baht when converted at an average exchange rate of 33.3 baht per dollar. The gross profit margin is expected at 29.4%, improving both year on year and quarter on quarter on a better product mix, especially AI products in the power electronics business. Phillip Securities nonetheless raised its recommendation on DELTA to Buy and lifted its target price based on 2027 to 330 baht per share, using a P/E assumption of 120 times versus an average trading range of about 100 to 110 times. It noted that annual supplier negotiations in the fourth quarter of 2026 still bear watching, as they could raise raw material costs and pressure margins late in the year.
