Preecha Group Public Company LimitedNew management and three-pillar transformation plan target revenue of 1 billion baht by 2028, with H1 2026 revenue up 720% to 122.92 million baht.

Precha Group Public Company Limited, or PRECHA, has announced an organisational transformation plan under the leadership of a new management team, appointing Mr. Rongrit Thammasit as Chief Executive Officer, or CEO, alongside a three-pillar strategy. The company targets total revenue of no less than 250 million baht in 2026 and has set a three-year roadmap to turn the business around toward a revenue goal of 1 billion baht by 2028. In the first half of 2026, the company recorded total revenue of 122.92 million baht, a rise of 720% compared with the same period a year earlier. The first strategy is to push into the low-rise housing market under the new brand PRESENSE, starting with two locations: PRESENSE Rattanathibet–Westgate in Nonthaburi, where 12 units and a clubhouse have already been developed, with completion expected in November 2026 and ownership transfers beginning in early December 2026, and PRESENSE Lat Krabang–Suwinthawong in eastern Bangkok. The second strategy is to build recurring income from the 15-storey office building Precha Complex, next to Sutthisan underground station, with a target occupancy rate of no less than 80% and expected rental cash flow of about 30 million baht per year. The third strategy is to expand the hotel business portfolio, with a management contract for The Palazzo Bangkok, a premium 230-room hotel next to Huai Khwang underground station, set to be signed, while the company is studying further hotel investments and management in central city locations.
