UiPath, Inc. announced a series of executive leadership changes, including the promotion of Hitesh Ramani to Chief Financial Officer and the appointment of Yazdi Bagli to its Board of Directors. Ramani, who joined UiPath in 2021 as Chief Accounting Officer and became Deputy CFO in 2024, will lead the global financial and accounting organization. Ashim Gupta will continue as Chief Operating Officer, focusing exclusively on day-to-day operations, while Brad Brubaker has been named Chief Legal & Administrative Officer, adding oversight of the People Organization to his current role as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. Bagli, currently on leave from his role as Executive Vice President at Kaiser Permanente, brings experience from Walmart and Procter & Gamble. CEO Daniel Dines said the changes reflect the company's focus on execution and position it for its next phase of growth.
