Alphabet Inc Class CYYForce Inc. announced the commercial expansion of its 24iFM platform through new Services Marketplace and Lifestyle advertising capabilities, adding two potential digital revenue channels alongside its existing integrated facility management operations. The Services Marketplace is designed to generate commissions or service fees from qualifying completed transactions, while the Lifestyle capability is designed to generate advertising and promotional revenue from participating merchants, including featured placements, sponsored category positions and promotional campaigns. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mike Fu said the expansion extends the company's relationship with properties beyond traditional facility management by connecting property users with service providers and merchants through one digital platform. The company cited the Singapore Department of Statistics figure of 381,996 condominiums and other apartments as of June 2026 as context for the residential communities 24iFM is designed to serve, noting this does not represent onboarded households or customers. YYForce also cited the e-Conomy SEA 2025 report by Google, Temasek and Bain & Company, which projected Southeast Asia's digital economy to exceed US$300 billion in gross merchandise value in 2025, a broader market figure it said is not an estimate of 24iFM's addressable market or expected revenue. YYForce said revenue generation will depend on user adoption, completed transactions and commercial agreements with providers and merchants, and it intends to progressively expand the range of service providers, categories and merchants on the platform.
