Anyflo Emerges From Stealth With Native Acqui-Hire, USD 1 Million From Mysten Labs
Anyflo, a stablecoin payments orchestration service incubated within Mysten Labs, emerged from stealth at Sui Basecamp during TOKEN2049 Singapore, led by founder and CEO Lola Oyelayo-Pearson, formerly of Shopify Money, Capital One and Mysten Labs. The company enters the market bolstered by the acqui-hire of Native, which had raised just under USD 2 million, built a market-ready Bitcoin lending platform on Sui and ranked among the top five out of 630 projects at Sui Overflow 2025; Native co-founder Robert Zaremba and team bring engineering expertise, cross-chain IP and readiness for scale. In addition to incubating Anyflo, Mysten Labs has invested USD 1 million in the company, giving it early backing from the team behind Sui. Anyflo enters private alpha in October with a production preview and liquidity onboarding, followed by beta in Q1 2027. The company positions itself as an orchestration layer offering access to stables across multiple chains while handling blockchain networks, liquidity and routing so enterprises can focus on business outcomes.
Google Cloud and Mysten Labs to jointly develop VAA, a proof-of-behavior platform for AI agents
Mysten Labs, the developer of Sui, announced on October 6 a joint development plan with Google Cloud. The two will build Verifiable Agent Arbiter, or VAA, a platform that uses blockchain to prove that AI agents acted within the scope of the authority granted to them. VAA links the operations an agent is permitted to perform, its actual actions, and their outcomes into a record, so that counterparties and auditors can verify the record independently of the system that ran the agent. Instructions given to the AI, its outputs, its use of external tools, and decisions based on internal rules are stored privately in customer-managed Google Cloud storage, while cryptographic proofs corresponding to the records are stored on Walrus, a data storage platform, with Sui handling the management and linkage of those proofs. In addition to handling disputes in business-to-business transactions and investigating the causes of suspicious operations, the plan also includes integration with Sui's mechanism for AI agents to pay usage fees for external services under the x402 payment standard.

Sui Adds Quantum-Resistant Signatures to Protect Blockchain Accounts
Sui is integrating two NIST-approved quantum-resistant signature schemes to protect blockchain accounts from the threat of quantum computers. The network will add ML-DSA-65 as a native protocol signature for general accounts, and the hash-based SLH-DSA-SHA2-128s inside Move smart contracts for high-value vaults. Users can migrate to quantum-safe keys using their original recovery phrase without creating a new account. Quantum-safe vaults are targeted for mainnet this year, while native ML-DSA-65 accounts are planned for testnet by the end of 2026 and mainnet in the first quarter of 2027.
