NEQTO.ai is built on a foundational AI layer rather than adding one on top, and it sits alongside the systems a customer already runs, reading what brokers, gateways, and control systems publish, so connecting equipment usually means changing where its data is sent rather than rewriting firmware or replacing controls. The platform closes the loop beyond notification: a defined condition triggers a command to equipment through an existing integration, following a rule a person set beforehand, and the same monitoring measures the result, while AI drafts device onboarding fields, alerts, widgets, dashboards, and integrations that only a person confirms are applied.
