SCG sets up new 99.99%-owned subsidiary to support solar power plant expansion

Ratchaphat Development Energy Public Company Limited, or SCG, announced that its board of directors, at its 6/2569 meeting held on 8 October 2569, approved the establishment of a new subsidiary through Sahacogen Green Company Limited, an existing subsidiary, with an indirect shareholding of 99.99%. The new subsidiary has registered capital of 1 million baht, with a par value of 10 baht per share. The establishment aims to enhance competitiveness and support the expansion of its solar power plant business, with three directors representing the company out of a total of three directors. The company is expected to complete the registration of the new subsidiary within the fourth quarter of 2569.
