Project Jupiter is a STACK Infrastructure project being created by Blue Owl Capital to enable OpenAI, and it may be delayed by around one year due to challenges in procuring power. The 1,400-acre project has raised nearly $18 billion in loans, while Blue Owl has contributed about $3 billion of equity. Blue Owl said the force majeure notice does not impact its financial commitments to Project Jupiter and that STACK and Oracle remain committed to the project. Oracle shares dropped 3.5% to $139.54 Thursday and Blue Owl slid 3.7% to $9.25.
